Live Scan Fingerprinting

Mobile Live Scan Fingerprinting

Applicant fingerprinting for employment, licensing, certifications, foreign adoptions or VISA/ Immigration purposes. Livescan digitally transmits your fingerprints to the California State Department of Justice.

Complete Your Appointment
In order to complete your appointment, you will need:
^Completed Request for Live Scan Service Form (with ORI Code)
^A valid government issued photo identification, such as a California Driver's License, California Identification Card, Passport, out of state Driver Licenses, military ID cards and IDs from the Mexican Consulate, which CANNOT be expired.
^Payment Cash, Credit Card, and Check (make checks payable to A SafeScan). Credit Card-Convenience Fee $2.00

Your applicant agency should provide you with a BCIA 8016, Request For Live Scan Service form. Once you have the form, make sure your applicant agency has provided you with an ORI code. We cannot complete the fingerprint process unless you have an ORI code. Fill in the rest of the information.

FEE
Price is determined by the level of service for background check. Applicant is responsible for $22.00 rolling fee for the Live Scan service, plus any *government fees that may apply to application, and travel/setup will be applied and varies depending on location of services.

*The Government Fee is determined by the level of service required by the Requesting Agency and are subject to change without notice.

Sometimes employers choose to have the Department of Justice bill them at the end of the month. If your employer has chosen, this method of payment there will be a BILLING NUMBER on your LIVESCAN request form. If this field has been completed, you will only be charged the fees indicated by the Livescan machine in addition to the $22.00 rolling fee plus travel/setup will be applied and varies depending on location of services.

All services are done by appointment only.

Changes MUST be made at least 2 hours before apt. to avoid penalties. Final cost, incl. travel & /or govt. fees will be determined at time of service.
